A: Accreditation - DQP specifically cited by accreditation visitors who strongly encouraged its use to meet accreditation standards

ATD - DQP creates the system that records and makes visible the objectives that form the basis for student success

B: UCC Program Advisory Committees - basis for program outcome review

C: CCWD Point of Contact - alignment of programs/certs and reference point for learning outcomes

Processes - How outcome will be achieved

A: Staff-completed work to get the learning outcomes into the system

B: Campus presentations on DQP - in-service, faculty forums, annual advisory committee reception in Spring term

Advisory Committees - create role for Advisory committees in review, maintenance, assessment and visibility of learning outcomes.

Integration with CCWD POC workflow, course/program updates

A: Winter term - all CTE classes/programs in web tool (~90% completed)
Spring term - A&S classes/majors in web tool (goal of 50% complete)

A: Use of the DQP web tool when discussing alignment with other community colleges

A: Routine curriculum design conversations with other community colleges

Processes - How outcome will be achieved

A: by-product of needing to refer to program/cert/course learning outcomes within the normal process of updating/aligning/sharing the curriculum

Used as link to send peer institutions who have questions about compatibility of courses for purposes of substitution requests
